SUMMER CIRCUS CAMP

5 days of FANTASTICAL AWESOMENESS

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS

  • Cost: $400 p/p

  • 4 age groups 

  • Ratio 1 teacher per 5-6 students

  • Circusy T-shirt

  • Fun show for parents to watch on Friday! 

PAYMENTS

  • $100 deposit (non refundable) 

  • $300 due May 1st  

  • You will receive an emailed invoice to pay the balance.  

  • If signing up after May 1st, full amount of $400 will be collected at check out.

AGE REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum- Must be 6 yr old AND have completed Kindergarten

  • We may require documentation of age and grade

AGE GROUPING 

* this may change slightly at instructor discretion

  • 1st & 2nd grade 

  • 3rd & 4th grade 

  • 5th & 6th grade 

  • 7th & 8th grade 

   ** Current students with experience may be grouped differently **

ATTIRE

  • Leggings or capri length bottoms.  Boys can wear jogging pants. 

  • The back of the knees and lower back must be covered by clothing.

  • T shirt that covers the lower back- nothing too baggy.

  • DO NOT WEAR: tank tops, shorts, cropped tops, buckles, zippers.

  • No long fingernails.

  • No jewelry/watches... small earrings okay

  • No perfume or scented creams/oil of any kind.

  • All longer hair must be in pony/braid or equivalent up do. No big hair clips.

  • Bare feet in all classes except German Wheel. 

  • We need all students to wear or bring tennis shoes and socks every day.  

REGISTRATION

  • ​Please sign your kiddo up based on the grade they are GOING INTO

  • Click HERE to register.

SNACK/LUNCH

  • Everyone needs to bring their own snacks, lunch, and water bottle.

  • Please pack a light lunch and 2-3 smaller snacks. 

  • We will refill water bottles. 

OTHER INFO

  • After you place your deposit, you will receive an emailed confirmation, welcome letter. 

  • Invoices will be emailed for any payment installments remaining. 

  • We will touch base along the way to keep you and your kiddos about the camp. 

  • We will schedule a few times to come and see the circus school before camp- optional. 

  • Waiver, health questionnaire, medication instruction will be sent in May 2025.

  • We are able to administer oral meds, inhalers, epi pen, insulin etc.  

  • Our drop off and pick up procedure will be emailed 1 week before camp.

  • Doors will open at 10:50am each day.  Please do not drop off earlier than that.

  • This is a drop 'n go camp.  We do not allow spectators until the show on Friday. 

  • All students must be able to use the bathroom by themselves.

  • No diapers/pull-ups of any kind.

  • In the event of a bathroom accident, we will call the parent to come back and help.

  • Separation anxiety should be resolved by this age.  In the event of excessive crying, we will call the parent to pick up the student.  

  • We are expecting good behavior.  If we have any concerns, we will call the parent.

  • Hands on fighting or aggressive behavior/language will result in immediate termination of student's camp.  No credit or refund will be given. 

  • If a student misses more than 2 camp days, they will miss learning the choreography for the show.  They can continue to come to camp but may not be able to be in the Friday show.  

  • There is no make up/credit/refund for missed days but additional private lessons may be be purchased to learn show choreography.
